I’m the face behind your weekend escape, Chair of Culinary Tourism for Tourism Bay of Plenty, a food writer for UNO Magazine, winner of four New Zealand Event Awards, and founder of Kitchen Takeover.
Over the years, I’ve created some of Aotearoa’s most talked-about food experiences - always with a focus on storytelling, connection, and flavour that feels true to place. Whether it’s truffle hunting in a hidden truffière, hosting secret pop-up restaurants, or writing about my passion for food in the Bay of Plenty, I design experiences that go beyond the plate.
